45 Province Street had two luxury condo sales in the last 30 days: 1. #1708 – Two bedroom /two bath condo that sold for $735,000.00 or $761.00 per square foot. 2. $1808 – Two bedroom / two bath condo that sold for $775,000.00 or $802.00 per square foot.

A high-end condo development on the border of the South End and Lower Roxbury is apparently getting off to a somewhat fast start. Though the project isn’t slated to be completed until this summer, the developer says 11 of 37 units at the Modern 2 have already been “reserved.”
