Did you know that 54,000 new jobs were created last month & half them were McDonalds jobs? And that hiring probably wouldn’t have happened if Mickey D’s hadn’t been given a waiver from Obamacare. Is this the recovery Obama is talkng about? File Under: I’ll take fries with that.

It’s official: Harvard refuses to give the U.S. housing market a passing grade. At least the rental market is pretty strong, the report notes, though we know more than a few people who don’t view higher rents as a sign of a healthy market. File under: Housing 101
