A few updates on 45 Province Street. The Abbey Group announced that the Torit Language Center Montessori school will occupy two floors at the 45 Province luxury condominium tower.
According to the Abby Group, 45 Province Street has sold 42 luxury condos out of 137.

Approximately 200 yards from my Beacon Hill office, there’s a historical plaque on a building located on North Anderson Street. I previously never realized it was there — and I only vaguely knew about this Beacon Hill murder that has been called the “19th Century OJ Simpson murder trial.”

Diana Olick and Scott Van Voorhis both point to stats indicating that the debt-ceiling debate in Washington may be impacting mortgage rates and buying decisions by consumers.

It sounds like an odd fit: The Restoration Hardware chain is eyeing the old LouisBoston building/landmark in the Back Bay for a possible store location. Doesn’t seem quite right. But it is a high-end outfit.
