This isn’t exactly good: Boston Federal Reserve president Eric Rosengren acknowledges the economic recovery has been very weak and he only sees “verly slow improvement” moving forward.

So where are all the jobs? The Obama adminstration will tell you that the $800 billion stimulas package created 3 million jobs. That works out to costing taxpayers $266,000 per job.
What were the most gained jobs in the last 12 months? Number one was Administrative Services. Number two were jobs in food and drinking places.

But Boston isn’t one of those cities, according to MarketWatch.
A surprise on the list is Orlando (yes, a Florida city). But the other four are pretty standard: Washington, New York, Dallas and San Francisco. The thinking here is Boston must be a close sixth or seventh, if the list had been extended.
