Boston Midtown luxury condos

LINK, a Boston real estate tracking company, reported that the average Boston Midtown condo saw a ‎40.91% percentage increase of the average selling price for Q2 2011 compared to Q2 2010. What is that price? About $1.12m.



And yet another apartment tower plan — this time in Chinatown

First, a proposed new tower in Seaport (see post below). Now Adam says yet another 404-unit apartment tower is being proposed at the site of a parking lot in Chinatown, right next to to the Jacob Wirth restaurant. No word on the fate of the eatery.
