My Boston real estate agents are telling me the market is – ON FIRE!

Three observations you should be aware of regarding the Boston condo market

1. Not enough Boston condo inventory.

2. Sunday Boston real estate open houses are busy with buyers – not brokers.

3. This is going be a good year for Boston real estate agents - should the Boston condo inventory make  a comeback.

Wow! I need get off my butt and stop reading negative news stories and attended Sunday Open Houses….

    Yawn…has to be at least 5 years in a row now that the awesome spring rush is going to turn the market around and make everybody who already owns a condo a millionaire 20times over and if you don’t own now you’ll be priced out forever….maybe its only been four springs in a row…wake me when there’s some data.
