Mass. housing market: ‘We have turned the corner’

It’s not exactly a pronouncement from the Vatican. But when the Warren Group speaks about the state’s housing market, it does so with authority — and it’s now saying that last year’s sales numbers were so impressive that it’s now clear “we have turned the corner” into full-fledged recovery.

It took a long time. But we did it.

Guess it’s time to pull out the champagne.

  • Oh good…Now the Fed can raise rates! A housing market this hot can easily handle mortgage rates returning to the historic norm of about 8%. And retirees can eat again. What could possibly go wrong?
