Overly desperate buyers

So home inventories are down in Massachusetts. Competition is more fierce among buyers. It’s become a seller’s market. But does that mean it has to be a sap’s market?

There are reports of potential buyers in Massachusetts waiving mortgage contingencies, thus risking their deposits if banks don’t come through, and waiving home inspections, if you can believe it.

Free advice from BREB: Don’t waive anything. It’s not worth it.
