Home sales will increase

According to Freddie Mac and the National Association of Realtors home sales will increase in 2015.
The U.S Economy & Housing Market Outlook reported that Freddie Mac anticipates a three percent increase in economic growth this coming year. Based on this projection, 2105 will create more jobs than in 2014, and household income will rise, thus will create more housing starts and housing sales into the new year.
Freddie Mac has made a bold projection that home sales will be up four percent in 2015, which would be the highest volume since 2007. Freddie Mac also anticipates that 30 year fixed mortgage rates will rise in the second half of 2015, but mortgage rates will remain below 5%.
