Update III — They’re allegedly finding other “devices” around the area and city.
Update IV — The Boston police commissioner said there’s been a third explosion at the JFK library but it’s not clear if they’re related. He indicated they’re looking for suspects, indicating it’s indeed a form of terrorism, though he shied away from being more definitive. Still a of unknowns. … He said no other “devices” have been discovered.
