Well its hard to believe, the year is almost half over. I thought I would take this time to see how some of our Boston neighborhoods are doing in this “Great Recession”.

Back Bay avg condo sales price – $1,138,174.00
Back Bay median condo sales price – $699,000.00
Back Bay avg sales price per sq ft – $774.00
1/1/08 – 6/27/08
Back Bay condo sales – 218
Back Bay avg condo sales price – $1,069,941.00
Back Bay median condo sales price – $658,500.00
Back Bay avg sales price per sq ft – $773.00
My thoughts: I think Bradley (a Back Bay Condo Owner) will be happy with these numbers. Both median, avg and price per sq ft are all up.
