Banker & Tradesman is reporting that R. Wayne Lopez has been named the new director of sales and marketing for The Abbey Group’s 45 Province luxury condominium development in Boston.
Lopez, most recently managing director at Otis & Ahearn Real Estate in Boston, has 20-plus years of experience in the real estate and marketing industry.
Let’s see, in the last week or so, the W had to restructure its debt and now 45 Province St has a new director of sales and marketing. As one blog reader might say, “Oh my”
