Boston is ranked among the top three markets for returns to investors in multifamily units according to Fitch Ratings reports the Boston Business Journal. The rare top-ranking puts Boston in the league with other good housing markets, namely Washington D.C. and San Jose, CA. That should cheer up local buyers – and supports hedge fund honcho John Paulson’s recent observation that this is the best market to buy in 50 years.
