Boston Inventory

This morning, I came accross this website called HousingTracker, what’s interesting about this site it does not track home sale prices but rather asking prices for Boston single family homes and Boston condos ( in other select metropolitan areas as well). The asking (or list) price is the price that a seller hopes to get for their condo, not necessarily the sale price they receive for their home. HousingTracker also keeps count of the inventory.

The data below provides a snapshot of residential real estate listing statistics for Boston, Massachusetts as of 2011-01-03. Asking price and inventory statistics are shown for combined single family home and condo listings.
