I noticed on MLS today, that a penthouse unit at the Folio was just listed (MLS # 70859370) for $2,215,000. This is a three bedroom condo which states on MLS that it has the “largest private roof deck in the city”.
If you recall back in October 2006, the developer of the Folio had to auction off 34 of the 96 condos in this luxury condo project. So what do you think? Will the seller get close to his asking price of $2,215,000?
