The Boston Downtown condo market was not quite as jubilant for Boston condos priced at $675,000 in 2017. Yes, there were the random instances of overbids, and high foot traffic, and slight year-over-year increase in the average condo sales. But we basically the Boston condo market in this price range saw a repeat of 2016, mostly because of the lack of inventory in this price range.
