The Boston market saw a boost in average prices and volume in the fourth quarter, particularly when it came to Boston Downtown condos priced from $500,000 – $600,000.
There is certainly more competition due to new construction offerings, though buyers need to get on board with paying $1500+/sq foot for new units.
