Boston “for sale” inventory keeps going down

 I know I stated this once before, the inventory of Boston properties for sale is becoming a problem. From 11/15/08 – 11/17/08 – 8 new listings came on the market, 24 went under agreement or sold.

Number of Boston condos for sale today – 1,963 which is below average.

This might be puzzling to some, but I don’t see Boston proper condo prices dropping unless inventory goes up.
