The housing market showed no signs of letting up last month, despite some long-ago speculation that it might slow down with rising interest rates that never rose.
Sales of single-family homes were up 19 percent last month, while median prices rose 10 percent compared to a year ago. Condo sales, meanwhile, were up 16 percent, while median prices jumped by 13 percent.
We could use some of that heat today and through Thanksgiving. Man, it’s cold outside.
