As of today, 307 Boston luxury condos (priced $1mil and above) are listed on MLS, and approximately one-third, 101 to be exact, have had at least one price reduction. The Ritz and the Bryant had the highest number of condos with reductions, while The Clarendon, The W, and 45 Province Street had the least.
