Boston luxury condos: W Boston sells another condo, but at a major discount

 The chart below is from MLS regarding the recent sale at the Boston W Residences. The last sale was on October 27, 2010 a two- bedroom, two-bathroom on the 17th floor. As the chart below indicates this unit sold for $860,000, but the orginal asking price was $1,195,000. On a price per sq ft basis this two-bedroom, two-bathroom sold for less than $600.00 per sq ft.
