Again, the area around Fenway Park seems poise for great things, including this new project, adding 215 units of desperately needed housing to the neighborhood. This block is next to the Domino’s Pizza on one side, and Burger King on the other, I believe.

The Boston Redevelopment Authority board of directors approved the development of 215 new units of rental apartments and condominiums, a health center and office and retail space on Boylston Street in the Fenway. The project will cost about $100 million to build.
