I know one person who’s going to have a Happy St. Patrick’s Day, our former president George W. Bush. Today, March 17, before about 1,500 Calgary business leaders, Bush will give his first post-White House address for a reported $150,000. Not bad, $150,000 per speech, for a man who left Washington with a record-low 22% approval rating.
