I have to give credit to the Bryant marketing team for getting the word out about their auction. Yesterday, I noticed a large ad on the Wall Street Journal web site (not the picture above). Look out Boston condo buyers you might be competing with NY real estate investors.
Today I (or a Ford Realty agent) will attend their open house lunch and I’ll try to find out how many individuals have signed up for the auction so far.
