Meanwhile, Gale International owns huge swaths of land in the Seaport District, on the South Boston Waterfront. The area is almost entirely made up of parking lots, right now, but you can see from below what may someday rise. Plans for Phase I, a 100-unit apartment-condo complex, are ready, with groundbreaking expected by the end of this year.
