The W seems to be moving forward with their sales. The last closing was on August 23, 2010 unit 27B sold for $2,250,000 or $1,254 per sq ft., which included an indoor parking space.

Back Bay condo sale – Seller holds firm on price

Not all Boston sellers are cutting asking prices to sell their condos. MLS reported that Campion & Company sold 100 Beacon Street #8 for asking price. But it did take some time. The property was first listed for sale on 1/24/2008 for $6,250,000 and sold on 4/14/2010 for the same price of $6,250,000.
