According to the BRA web site, the board approved the demolition of 4-6 Newbury Street an existing garage to be replaced with the construction of a 7-story mixed use building: first three floors will be retail and the top four floors will be used for offices and fifteen below grade parking spaces.

According to MLS Back Bay has 83 listings (condos & parking spaces) priced $600,000 or less. Out of the 83 listings 41 have had price reductions.

According to LINK (Multiiple real estate listing service) in Boston metro there were 33 parking spaces that sold in the last 6 months. The avg. sales price was $129,000 and the median sales price $48,000.00. Here is an example of three nighborhoods:
