Last Thursday, I listed a property at 21 Beacon Street for $239,000 a 300 plus sq ft. Studio. Today, the bidding wars for this property still continue. We conducted only one Open House (last Sunday). My question, what price do you think this property will sell at.
Hint: It will be above $239,000.00

Yesterday, I did an open house at 1 Strong Place in Beacon Hill which is a 3 bedroom townhouse with parking for $1.3 million. The number of buyers that came to my open house was…..ZERO (0)
On a positive note, I also did another open house at 6 Goodwin Place which is a studio for $299,900 [...]

One of my agents just told me that a Boston real estate agent has a small one bedroom in Beacon Hill for sale, asking price in the high $200,000’s. The listing broker has had the listing over 150 days and has shown the property 120 times! That’s what I call working hard for the money.
