Beacon Hill Condos – Avg. market time 152.64 days.
Charlestown Condos – Avg. market time 113.63 days.
South Boston Condos – Avg. market time 103 days.

The number of condos for sale on Feb 26, 2009 – 1,758.

So far, no signs of “shawdow inventory” flooding the market.
