Boston Fenway condo median sales prices for Jan – Aug. for the years 2007 through 2010. Click on Fenway condo chart to enlarge. So far, sales prices are just off a little over three percent.

The owner of the Howard Johnson’s Hotel, near Fenway Park, wants to tear it down for a new Hilton Hotel, apartments and condos.
There are some heavy-hitter developers behind the project, and residents and the city seem to favor it. So the only thing holding it back right now is financing and the economy.
