According to LINK only one luxury condo sold at 45 Province so far this year. The unit that sold was 45 Province Street #704, a one bedroom duplex with 1.5 baths. A Boston Bankruptcy Court judge just gave the W Hotel and Residences a chance at restructuring instead of giving it over to its largest creditor. The unit was located on the 7th floor, the original asking price was $799,000 and sold for $749,000 or approx $661.00 per square foot. According to MLS, 45 Boston luxury condos are presently under agreement (list price of $800,000 or more.) The W Boston Residences, The Bryant and 45 Province Street all have one unit under agreement.
