Link has issued the 2011 2nd quarter condo sales report. As you can see from the chart below even the weathy neighborhood of Boston’s Back Bay is being impacted with lower sales numbers durring this national housiing crisis.

Four new Boston luxury rental/condo developments will add over 1,000 new apartments to our Boston rental inventory.
Boston West End: 500 rental units will be added at the Garden garage.

Yesterday Millennium Partners revived the “old” Hayward Place condo development in Downtown Crossing. Millennium filed revised plans with the BRA after essentially shelving plans in 2008. According to the Suffolk Registry of Deeds, 45 Province Street had their first condo sale in 2011. The unit was located on the 7th floor, the original asking price was $799,000 and sold for $749,000 or approx $661.00 per square foot.

According to MLS, 45 Boston luxury condos are presently under agreement (list price of $800,000 or more.) The W Boston Residences, The Bryant and 45 Province Street all have one unit under agreement.
