The Clarendon Back Bay has closed on two luxury condos in the month of December (so far): #26C sold for $1,150,000 or $959.00 per square foot. #23D sold for $1,650,000 or $1,099 per square foot.

45 Province Street recorded another sale bringing the total  occupancy to approximately 19%. This last sale was #1404 two bedroom/ two bathroom that sold for $895,000.
