From the Boston Business Journal: Trinity Financial announced Tuesday that it would make condominium units at The Carruth available for rent. Very disappointing news out of Dorchester. The developer of the Schoolhouse at Lower Mills is turning the residential building into rentals, a victim of the slow real estate market. You can’t win for trying, some days. A tenant wants to have a service dog in a building that otherwise forbids pets. A pit bull terrier. The landlord is nervous. About allowing the dog. The Boston Business Journal is reporting that 1330 Boylston is on schedule for an August completion date and the developer says 10% of the apartment units have signed leases, ahead of schedule.
