Dean Stratouly has officially filed his plans to turn the old Renaissance Charter School on Arlington Street into a 128-unit apartment complex. The last remaining catch: parking. It’s going to be a tight parking squeeze in the area with the extra residents.

But the development will surely help property values in the immediate area near Bay Village and the Theater District, especially if new apartment residents get nearby garage parking.
