Although sometimes right when the offer is signed. Usually my sellers can’t wait for the showings to stop. Not to mention I like my listings to show the least amount of days on market once they sell; that helps when I am listing. I agree too that it is frustrating as a Buyer’s Agent to run into properties that have been flagged forever and we can’t get in to see, even for comparison of value to available properties. I know it would motivate buyers if they saw listings they were watching start to sell. Good points.
