The following is from the Boston Courant:
Given the current economic conditions, the seller of a Beacon Hill mansion must be praying that the Bible is correct: “Ask and ye Shall Receive.”
For $23,500,000, a potential buyer will get 11 bedrooms, 10 full and four half bathrooms, nine parking spaces, a two-level wine cellar and a real estate tax bill of about $137,000.
Not included in the sale price is the salary of multiple maids to clean the 21,000-square-foot Beacon Street Abode, a dance instructor to help out in the ballroom, and patio furniture the two roof decks and terrace.
Any interest? If so keep me in mind.
