Yes, closing costs are always negotiable! But please remember a Banker (like myself) can only go so low on giving you a “Lenders Credit” towards the closing costs. What I always tell my clients is to pay attention to two things when shopping a Mortgage.
1. Compare Mortgage Rates and
2. Compare the costs to get that loan from that specific Lender
Please inquire within for what you should expect with Mortgage Banking closing costs (ps. Mine are low)
