Boston Real Estate for Sale

So, about this. MLSPIN is great about tracking activity. However, it seems as listings show up as “NEW” and all the other headings, for longer than 24-hours. I’ll have to do a little bit of research on this.

The “SOLD” listings are easy to determine – I just cross out the ones that have already appeared.

Basically, I’m saying that I’m not sure if I’m double counting the other activity. I will get back to you on that.

**** The gutsiest move of the day (month, year) is what’s going on at Audubon Park. Two units went under the agreement during the past twenty-four hours; this was encouraging enough that they have increased the price on a handful of the remaining units! I SAID, INCREASED!

Here is the condominiums and single-family homes activity for the past twenty-four hours, within “Boston Proper”, meaning South End, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Midtown, North End, Waterfront, Leather District, Ladder District, Seaport District (their terminology, not mine), Chinatown, The West End, and The Fenway.
