Some interesting news for the US housing market: Inventory is down, giving sellers leverage and stabilizing prices in the process.
Another site, the Department of Numbers (gotta love the name), shows that Boston’s housing inventory is down about 15 percent compared to a year ago. It’s a cool site with a lot of data. Check it out.
