Boston Real Estate for Sale

For some, there’s no reason to say “Fenway” without finishing the sentence with the word “Park”.

But, you know what? Thousands of people live in the Fenway, and thousands more go through there, everyday, to their jobs in the Medical Area.

This safe, friendly area is about to be permanently transformed into a true “neighborhood”, with a mixture of rental buildings, condo developments, and shops and commercial space.

In charge are such developers as Steven B. Samuels, the guy behind the Trilogy apartment building, and who is about to begin construction on a 210-unit mixed-use building, where an empty parking lot now stands.

Further down the street, across from the Cask ‘n Flagon and above the Mass Turnpike, John Rosenthal has announced plans to build two towers, including 525 condos and 100,000 square feet of retails space.

The Red Sox also own a lot of real estate in the area, and have floated plans to build a new hotel where the Howard Johnson’s now stands.

“The cutting-edge development used to be in the South End,” Samuels said, “but it’s moving west, and now it’s Fenway’s time.”

Oh, I don’t know if I believe either of the two parts of that sentence, but at least it’s a start.
