Bubble or no bubble, the Boston area condo market is poised to post another record-shattering performance this year, a new report finds.
More than 400 Boston area condos sold for more than $1 million last year – with 24 of them fetching more than $3 million, according to Northeast Apartment Advisors.

In fact, condo sales are on track to pass the $3 billion mark in Boston, Cambridge and Brookline in 2005. That’s compared to an eye-popping $2.9 billion in sales last year.
