The Boston Herald was all over the recent sale of a condo at the Ritz Carlton, which set a near-record $2,103 per square foot price.
The 15th floor, two bedroom, two bath unit, which has broad windows with spectacular views of the Public Garden below, fetched a sizeable $3.2 million after a weeks-long bidding war that added hundreds of thousands to the final sale price, condo marketing firm Otis & Ahearn reports.
