In the first quarter (01/01-03/31), 2004, 18 million-dollar-plus condos were sold in the entire city of Boston.
In the first quarter (01/01-03/31), 2005, 44 million-dollar-plus condos were sold in the entire city of Boston.
In the first quarter (01/01-03/31), 2006, 39 million-dollar-plus condos were sold in the entire city of Boston.
Slowing market? Not for the rich.
