Boston condos
The sale of single-family homes in Massachusetts last month increased by 8 percent to 3,791, while condo sales soared by 23 percent in September to 1,609, according to the Warren Group.
But prices for single-family homes dipped by 4.5 percent in September, while condo prices remained flat for the month.
All in all: Good.
