Massachusetts Realtors: Interest rates may help year-over-year home sales

Although the number of homes with pending sales in August pales in comparison with last year’s stats, some Massachusetts Realtors and market analysts say rock-bottom interest rates might be incentive enough for buyers to take the plunge and jump start the market again.
