Boston condos
Millennium Partners has set up a new midtown sales office to begin selling its planned 256 condos now under construction at the corner of Washington and Avery streets.
Some might say it’s still a big gamble to go with luxury condos at this point. Others counter it’s not at all a gamble considering how long it’s been since a new condo building (as opposed to a new apartment building) has been constructed in the city.
We have a suggestion: Let the market decide!
The bottom line: It’s great to see and hear all the construction under way in the city these days.
