Mortgage loan rates to stay steady this year, probably

Federal Reserve Chief Ben Bernanke addressed the US Senate today, giving his semi-annual address.

Basically, he doesn’t see inflation getting out of hand, right now, but is still watching it, closely.

This is good news for anyone looking for a mortgage loan, this spring.
