Friends, it pains us to criticize those who are out there doing their own thing and blazing a new trail, but everyone is fair game in the world of real estate, right?

Much ado has been made over the “Are brokers necessary?” question. We’ve seen a number of for-sale-by-owner websites pop up on the Internets, made by people who see no need in handing over that commission to real estate agents.

But as the fizzbow ethos spreads and more people give it a whirl, we’re going to start to see — well, people who should probably hire a web designer and photographer if they’re going to ditch Realtors.
