It appears to me that more and more agents are expanding the prestigious Boston neighborhoods when they list their properties on MLS. Here are just a few examples:
MLS # 70948090 – 12 Stoneham Street $349,000 is classified under Back Bay.
MLS # 70924453 – 13 Albemarle Street #1 is also under Back Bay. Really? I thought that was the South End
MLS # 70949149, 70950220, 70939830 & 70939831 are four rentals units at 45 Province Street all listed under Beacon Hill.
Some are questionable, for example, the Bryant is located at 303 Columbus Ave and is listed under Back Bay. Is that really the Back Bay? In my book that would be the South End.
